Ratings & Reviews
We had an upper floor on the west side overlooking the pool. Great location, beautiful canal and drawbridge for superyacht viewing. Swim up bar with nice staff and friendly guests for good conversations. Nice sunsets. Beach is fine, but we went off property most days. Super clean property. Two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, drip coffee maker and coffee. Dishwasher. Dish detergent and dishwasher detergent provided. Big TVs. Nice patio for breakfasts and enjoying the views. Note that this is really a condo complex with mostly owners of timeshares. They do try and sell you while you are there but nothing crazy and if you politely say no, they do not persist. Would definitely return if I make it back to St Martin.
Perfect family vacation, safe clean comfortable. Easy access to shops restaurants beaches bars pools and water activities. I would go back there again. St. Martin is any amazing place. Its clean safe peaceful and fun.
Great amenities, close to good places to eat & rooms were huge w/full size kitchen, 2 bedrooms & 2 bath with balcony faces ocean. Loved the bar by the pool/ocean plenty of chairs to sit on and relax. Views were great, friendly staff to help you find things.
Made the mistake of grabbing a deal for an overnight stay in St Martin due to a missed flight connection. This place is close to the airport. That is about all I can say that is positive. It took 2.5 hours after we arrived for an acceptable room to be ready. We asked for a quiet room and they put us next to the pool which has a swim up bar. So when we rejected that room, we waited for the cleaning of a unit on an upper floor. At the front desk you are forced to listen to a highlighted litany of what you cannot and should not do. Then you are forced to collect your "welcome package" which is a sales pitch for discounts and timeshares. I am looking for a nearby cliff off of which I will throw myself. I do note that the rooms all face the water and the sunset view is nice. Oh, did I mention that the hotel is on a strip of honky tonk dives?
Most Relaxing Vacation I have had. Everything is close by, sitting on your private balcony having Coffee in the morning as the Cruise Ships go by and the excursions boats are preparing for the day. Nothing better! .
