Always perfect

I love Mary's Boon since my first trip to Saba and St. Maarten in 2006. Friendly staff, perfect drinks and food, lovely rooms and not to forget the beach. It feels like home. I would never stay anywhere else.

Too good!!!

Best place on the beach ...if not the island! Almost didn't review for very selfish reasons! But, I'm booked for 2018 already! Terrific place, can't think of a negative. On the best beach/bay ... Bar, restaurant and rooms are all great. Employee's are all very friendly...no language barrier helps to make for good conversation. Laid-back atmosphere you can't fake. Like-minded neighbours turn into friends! Thanks Elena see you in 2018!

We Loved It

We stayed here two nights, our first night and our last night. First night we had an oceanfront room on the 2nd level (no elevators just steps). Second night we had a first level garden view. Both rooms were spacious, clean and nicely appointed. The property is really lovely and very 'beachy'. Even though it's right near the runway, it's pretty quiet overall and the planes taking off just add to the charm. The folks who run the place are wonderful and very accomodating. The beach is beautiful and great for walking. This place is a little slice of heaven and being here makes you feel like you're miles off the beaten path even though it's a short drive/cab ride to everything on Simpson Bay. You can walk if you want but I wouldn't recommend walking alone at night since you have to go through a residential neighborhood. Parking can be a challenge since it's limited and there's not a lot of space to turn around. They have an on-site restaurant and bar. We had breakfast (very good), lunch (the BEST burgers) and dinner (excellent steaks). We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Marys Boon a pleasant surprise!

Little concerned when entering Mary's Boon. Sorted of expected Mr Hemmingway tomske an appearance. We arrived early and were quickly seated and served by Romeo. I had a filet mignon which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My friends ordered Thai shrimp, Grilled tuna and a Seafood pasta. Everyone thought their meal was great. As we were finishing, many more people had arrived and Romeo was not only server but bartender. We arrived and left at the right time. Give him some help!

The perfect layover choice

We needed a hotel for one night in St Martin. We were catching a hopper to another island, our final destination. We were not interested in paying a fortune for a luxury resort for one night. We found this hotel on tripadvisor and decided to give it a try. We were very happy with our choice. Our emails were answered quickly. Upon arrival, our rooms were ready and they were huge. We had a basement room. It had 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, one bathroom. There was an outdoor patio. The hotel was on the beach. There was restaurant, however we did not eat there. There was also a beach bar.
